The lift, transport, and set of the two new Elm Street Bridges were accomplished safely and without incident. Several Bay Crane branches combined efforts to meet the challenges of the project. And the success of this project is attributed to many months of planning, document submittals, approvals, on-site meetings and extraordinary teamwork exhibited by the State of Connecticut, the numerous contractors involved and the many craft employees on the job.
